Peanut Butter Frosting

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 2-3 tablespoons milk

Cream together butter and peanut butter. Mix in vanilla extract. Mix in confectioners' sugar, about a 1/2 cup at a time. Add milk as necessary. Whip for about 3 minutes.
