Commercial Style Mild Enchilada Sauce
8 ounces tomato sauce
½ cup water
1 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Makes 1 cup.
Cook’s notes
: A large can of enchilada sauce is 19 ounces=2 cups.
