- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 (16 ounces) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes (do not drain)
- 5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large dices
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 dashes black pepper
- 2 chicken bouillon or 1 tomato/chicken bouillon
- Place all ingredients in large Dutch oven.
- Cover ingredients with water, filling as needed.
- Simmer until potatoes are tender.
