Creamy Mashed Potatoes

I thought this would be a good basic recipe to include on my site...


  • 3 medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 pounds), cut into chunks, peeled or not
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock Spread (margarine in a tub)
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Boil potatoes until they are tender; drain.
  2. Mash potatoes until creamy. (I use a hand mixer)
  3. Stir in cream Country Crock Spread, milk, salt & pepper.
