- 3 medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 pounds), cut into chunks, peeled or not
- 1/4 cup Country Crock Spread (margarine in a tub)
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Boil potatoes until they are tender; drain.
- Mash potatoes until creamy. (I use a hand mixer)
- Stir in cream Country Crock Spread, milk, salt & pepper.
