- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 (8 ounce) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli*
- Add milk, soup and Cheez Whiz to cooked rice.
- Saute onions and celery in margarine.
- Thaw broccoli and add to other ingredients.
- Put mixture in baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
*Update 12/21: I now use a 12 ounce bag of frozen broccoli cuts and cut the bigger pieces into smaller ones.
